Below, some of our achievements

Renovation of a farmhouse in the hills of Monferrato

An old farmhouse with a hayloft that has been uninhabited for a long time has been renovated to become a vacation home.
The owners are a foreign couple who, for their 25 years of marriage, have given themselves this house in anticipation of their retirement.

Works performed:

Modified in part the interior of the area already used as a house.
Made habitable the former barn with new partitions on the upper floor for bedrooms.
Rebuilt the roof of the former barn and insulated the one of the house.

Initially, I was called only to help in the choice of part of the furniture (70% was shipped from the countries of origin), then saw some misunderstandings: I also followed the actual restructuring.

Duration of intervention:

The renovation took over a year, started between November and December 2017, and actually finished in April 2019.

The photos were taken at the end of the work, before the second stay of the owners (when I finally handed them the keys to the house). Many furniture and furnishings had already been arranged during their stay in September 2018.

Renovation of 100sqm apartment with large balcony on a courtyard.

Intervention made in an apartment of 100 sqm with large balcony on the courtyard, but now uninhabited for some time…

Work performed:

Demolition of plasterboard partition in the entry;
Expansion of master bathroom;
Reconstructed secondary bath between the master bedroom and small bedroom/study;
Revised the kitchen;
Totally redone the electrical system;
Inserted alarm system;
Redone hydraulic system;
Changed exterior and interior doors and windows;
Replaced the doors;
All floors and coatings were redone.

Duration of intervention:

The work lasted 4 months, there was no shortage of hiccups, but working with serious professionals and always present, everything was done in the best way with maximum satisfaction of the owners.
It ‘was used a color palette that could best harmonize the furniture already owned in these new environments.
